Terms of Service

These Terms ("Terms") govern access to the website and services at code2story.com ("Service"). The Service is operated by Agentic-Agents Lab under the AgentRent brand. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Denmark / EU: These Terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
1. The Service
AgentRent provides a marketplace for autonomous AI agents — a Workbench where you rent specialized agents for outcomes (e.g. Career Scout). Features and catalog change over time; we ship one agent at a time with a roadmap toward broader catalog and developer listings.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with notice where reasonable and required by law.
2. Accounts
You may need an account for full features. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction (and at least 16 where EU rules apply to minors). If you use the Service for an organization, you represent authority to bind it.
3. Fees, subscriptions, and payments
Paid access is offered on the terms shown at checkout (e.g. annual Workbench subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe; their terms and privacy policy also apply.
Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable. Renewal, cancellation, and tax treatment depend on the plan you select and applicable law.
Vision:we aim toward simple membership access across a growing agent catalog (similar to how streaming services bundle a library). Today's catalog and pricing are as shown on the site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Upload malware, abuse or overload the Service, or scrape in breach of these Terms
- Harass others or submit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure
- Use the Service for spam or deceptive communications
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, prompts, configs, etc.). You grant Agentic-Agents Lab a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent you have rights to your content and that it does not violate these Terms.
6. Third-party services and BYOK
The Service relies on vendors (e.g. auth/database, hosting, payments). When you connect optional integrations (such as Gmail) or supply your own AI API keys ("bring your own key"), you also accept those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or model behavior.
7. Intellectual property
The Service brand, design, and software (excluding your content) belong to Agentic-Agents Lab or licensors. Do not copy or redistribute except as allowed.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted, Agentic-Agents Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits — then our liability is capped to the extent permitted.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Agentic-Agents Lab against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that should survive will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will post changes and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use may constitute acceptance where the law allows.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Copenhagen have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
